General provisions
1. These terms define the rules for using the Toolverse.pl website (hereinafter: "Site"), operated at https://toolverse.pl.
2. The owner and administrator of the Site is Adam Wesołek (hereinafter: "Administrator"). The Administrator can be contacted via the contact form available at /kontakt.
3. The Site is a catalogue of AI tools, MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, and skills for AI agents. It allows browsing, searching, and comparing resources from the artificial-intelligence ecosystem.
4. Use of the Site is free. Some features require signing in with a Google or GitHub account.
5. Using the Site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Usage rules
1. The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with applicable law, these terms, and good practice.
2. The following are prohibited:
• automated downloading of content from the Site (scraping) without the Administrator's written consent,
• using the Site in a manner that may disrupt its operation,
• providing false information in contact forms,
• publishing offensive or unlawful content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
3. The Administrator reserves the right to block access for any User violating these terms.
User accounts
1. Sign-in to the Site is handled through external identity providers (Google, GitHub) — the Site does not store user passwords.
2. At sign-in we collect: email address, name (username), and the profile picture provided by the identity provider.
3. A User may request deletion of their account and associated data by reaching out via the contact form.
Content and liability
1. Information about AI tools presented on the Site is informational in nature and may come from third-party sources.
2. The Administrator makes every effort to keep the content up to date and accurate, but does not guarantee its completeness or precision.
3. The Administrator is not liable for the operation of the AI tools listed in the catalogue, for damage arising from the use of AI tools found via the Site, or for temporary Site unavailability.
4. Links to external AI tool pages are provided for informational purposes only.
Copyright
1. All original content published on the Site (descriptions, reviews, graphics, the Toolverse logo) is protected by copyright and owned by the Administrator.
2. Copying, distributing, or using Site content for commercial purposes without the Administrator's written consent is prohibited.
3. The logos and names of AI tools presented in the catalogue belong to their creators and are used for informational purposes only.
Final provisions
1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these terms. Users will be informed of any changes by posting the new version on the Site.
2. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law.
3. Any disputes related to use of the Site will be resolved by the competent common court.
