On-Call Health is a free, open-source tool designed to monitor and manage the mental health and workload of on-call engineers. Developed by Rootly, it pulls data from various platforms like Rootly, PagerDuty, GitHub, Linear, and Jira to detect signs of unsustainable workloads and burnout. The tool combines objective technical signals with subjective sentiment surveys collected via Slack to calculate individual risk scores.
