How to use

  1. Załaduj skill razem z base.md do sesji Claude Code, w której pracujesz nad projektem wieloosobowym.

  2. Utwórz strukturę katalogów _project_specs/ z podfoldersami team/, session/ i todos/. W folderze team/ umieść pliki state.md (kto pracuje nad czym), contributors.md (członkowie zespołu i ich role) oraz handoffs/ na notatki przekazywania pracy.

  3. Przed rozpoczęciem pracy sprawdź plik _project_specs/team/state.md, aby zobaczyć, nad czym pracują inni deweloperzy i czy Twoje zadanie nie jest już zajęte.

  4. Kiedy przejmiesz zadanie, dodaj swoją nazwę i sesję do pliku state.md, aby inni wiedzieli, że pracujesz nad tym elementem.

  5. Utrzymuj wspólne pliki w _project_specs/session/ — decisions.md dla decyzji architektonicznych i code-landmarks.md dla ważnych lokalizacji w kodzie — aby cały zespół miał dostęp do tych informacji.

  6. Przed zakończeniem sesji lub przekazaniem pracy komuś innemu utwórz notatkę handoff w _project_specs/team/handoffs/, opisując stan pracy, co zostało zrobione i co zostało do zrobienia.
