Create phased implementation plans from research findings. Invoke when a task needs an implementation plan.

How to use

  1. Upewnij się, że skill-planner jest zainstalowany w katalogu .claude/skills/ twojego projektu. Skill wymaga dostępu do pliku specs/state.json, w którym przechowywane są dane zadań.
  2. Przygotuj zadanie w stanie not_started lub researched — skill aktywuje się tylko dla zadań w tych stanach. Zadanie musi mieć przypisany numer w state.json.
  3. Wyzwól skill poleceniem /plan lub poprzez orchestrator, podając numer zadania (task_number). Skill zwaliduje istnienie zadania i wymagane pola.
  4. Skill deleguje tworzenie planu do agenta planner-agent, który generuje fazowy plan implementacji na podstawie kontekstu zadania i języka projektu.
  5. Po zwróceniu planu przez agenta, skill automatycznie obsługuje operacje poflightowe: aktualizuje status zadania, łączy wygenerowany plan jako artefakt i zatwierdza zmiany w systemie kontroli wersji.
  6. Gotowy plan implementacji pojawi się w twoim projekcie bez konieczności dodatkowych poleceń — skill obsługuje całą procedurę od walidacji do commita.
