How to use

  1. Przygotuj klucze dostępu do Heap Analytics. Zaloguj się na swoje konto Heap, przejdź do ustawień aplikacji i skopiuj identyfikator aplikacji (HEAP_APP_ID) oraz klucz API (HEAP_API_KEY).

  2. Skonfiguruj zmienne środowiskowe w swoim systemie. Ustaw HEAP_APP_ID i HEAP_API_KEY jako zmienne środowiskowe, aby skill mógł się uwierzytelnić z API Heap.

  3. Śledź zdarzenia użytkownika, wysyłając żądanie POST do endpointu track. Podaj identyfikator użytkownika, nazwę zdarzenia (np. "Purchase") i opcjonalne właściwości (np. kwotę transakcji). Każde zdarzenie zostanie zarejestrowane w Heap.

  4. Dodaj lub zaktualizuj właściwości profilu użytkownika za pomocą endpointu add_user_properties. Wysyłając dane takie jak plan subskrypcji, segment klienta lub inne atrybuty, wzbogacisz profil użytkownika w Heap.
