How to use

  1. Załóż bezpłatne konto Fulcra — pobierz aplikację Context na iOS lub wejdź na portal.fulcradynamics.com i zaloguj się.
  2. Otwórz plik konfiguracyjny Claude Desktop (claude_desktop_config.json) i dodaj sekcję mcpServers z serwerem Fulcra Context — możesz użyć hostowanego serwera MCP pod adresem https://mcp.fulcradynamics.com/mcp lub uruchomić go lokalnie za pomocą uvx.
  3. W konfiguracji dla serwera hostowanego użyj komendy npx z argumentem mcp-remote i adresem URL, albo dla wersji lokalnej użyj uvx z pakietem fulcra-context-mcp@latest.
  4. Uruchom ponownie Claude Desktop — agent automatycznie połączy się z Twoim kontem Fulcra i poprosi o autoryzację OAuth2.
  5. Wyrażę zgodę na dostęp do wybranych danych (sen, tętno, aktywność, lokalizacja, kalendarz) — możesz wybrać, które dane chcesz udostępnić.
  6. Od teraz agent będzie widział Twoje dane kontekstowe i będzie mógł dostosować odpowiedzi — na przykład zmienić intensywność poranka, jeśli źle spałeś, lub zaproponować przerwę, jeśli wykryje stres.
