This skill should be used when the user requests to create professional business documents (proposals, business plans, or budgets) from templates. It provides PDF templates and a Python script for generating filled documents from user data.

How to use

  1. Określ typ dokumentu, który chcesz stworzyć: propozycję projektową, plan biznesowy lub budżet roczny. Każdy typ ma dedykowany szablon PDF dostępny w folderze assets/templates.

  2. Zbierz dane potrzebne do wypełnienia dokumentu — nazwę firmy, informacje o kliencie, daty, kwoty budżetu, cele biznesowe i inne szczegóły istotne dla wybranego typu dokumentu.

  3. Przygotuj plik JSON zawierający zebrane dane, zgodnie ze schematem zdefiniowanym w dokumentacji skill'u. Struktura JSON powinna odpowiadać polom dostępnym w wybranym szablonie.

  4. Uruchom dołączony skrypt Pythona, przekazując jako parametry ścieżkę do szablonu PDF oraz plik JSON z danymi. Skrypt automatycznie wypełni szablon Twoimi informacjami.

  5. Skrypt wygeneruje nowy plik PDF z wypełnionymi danymi, gotowy do pobrania i wysłania do klientów, inwestorów lub interesariuszy.

  6. Przejrzyj wygenerowany dokument, aby upewnić się, że wszystkie dane zostały poprawnie umieszczone, a formatowanie wygląda profesjonalnie.
