About this skill
Assembles comprehensive board and investor update decks by pulling perspectives from all C-suite roles. Use when preparing board meetings, investor updates, quarterly business reviews, or fundraising narratives. Covers structure, narrative framework, bad news delivery, and common mistakes.
How to use
Przygotuj dostępne metryki biznesowe z bieżącego okresu (ARR, wzrost MoM, liczba klientów, burn rate itp.) oraz dane z poprzedniego okresu do porównania.
Uruchom komendę /board-deck, podając typ deck'u (quarterly, monthly lub fundraising) oraz etap finansowania (seed, seriesA, seriesB).
Narzędzie wygeneruje strukturę deck'u z sekcjami: Executive Summary (3 zdania od CEO), Key Metrics Dashboard (6-8 metryk w tabeli), oraz sekcje od COO, CFO i innych ról kierowniczych.
Każda sekcja będzie miała schemat: Headline → Data → Narrative → Ask/Next. Uzupełnij puste pola (placeholdery) swoimi rzeczywistymi danymi i kontekstem biznesowym.
Zwróć uwagę na przykłady dobrych i złych sformułowań podane w README — Executive Summary powinno być konkretne (np. "Zamknęliśmy Q3 na $2.4M ARR (+22% QoQ)"), nie ogólnikowe.
Dostosuj narrację do odbiorcy: dla board'u podkreśl strategiczne decyzje i ryzyka, dla inwestorów — potencjał wzrostu i osiągnięte kamienie milowe.
