About this skill

RFC-style review of major technical decisions using a 5-agent debate team. Spawns tech-lead, security-auditor, performance-analyst, reliability-engineer, and devils-advocate for independent analysis followed by structured discussion. Produces decision document with pros/cons, dissenting opinions, and recommendation. Use for architecture decisions, technology selection, major refactors, design reviews. Keywords: architecture, RFC, design review, technical decision, architecture review, design decision, major change

How to use

  3. Skill tworzy zespół arch-review i uruchamia pięciu agentów równolegle. Tech-lead ocenia architekturę i wpływ na zespół, security-auditor analizuje zagrożenia, performance-analyst sprawdza skalowanie, reliability-engineer ocenia tryby awarii, devils-advocate szuka prostszych alternatyw.
  4. Każdy agent przeprowadza niezależną analizę i przesyła swoje wnioski. Proces trwa kilka minut w zależności od złożoności propozycji.
  5. Agenci uczestniczą w strukturyzowanej dyskusji, debatując kluczowe trade-offy i spory. Skill zbiera ich argumenty.
  6. Otrzymujesz dokument decyzji zawierający perspektywę każdego agenta, listę zalet i wad, opinie mniejszości oraz ostateczną rekomendację do podjęcia decyzji.
